Having trained at the Hampstead School of Decorative Arts, Tim Bass can offer advice on colour matching, interior decor and how to create specialist finishes such as multi-layer colour washing, dragging, stippling and faux stone blocking. Tim is also trained in Interior Decoration which he undertook at the KLC School of Design in London.
